Photobucket problem.

So yesterday afternoon I am on photobucket uploading pictures and everything is going great. Last night I go to add more pictures and it asks me to sign in. Password is not correct it says. I enter it again. Still nothing. I then try to reset my password and use my username and it says it is sending an email to me to reset password. Its been nearly 24hours and nothing has been sent to my email so far. I have filled out the account recovery form and emailed it to them but I haven't heard back anything yet. Just wondering if anyone else is having problems with their account too?

just a note, did you check your spam folder?

Yes, I did. I sent out another account recovery form and have yet to hear anything back at all from them. I am thinking of switching over to flickr or just buying a domain name and making my own website to host pictures.

I had the same problem about a week agao and this fixed it. No problems since:

(Copied from the "How to Fix (almost) Everything On Photobucket" page)

These are the first steps you should take when you have problems on Photobucket:

Clear out your browser's cache and cookies.
Then make sure Javascript is enabled.
Log back in to Photobucket and see if your issue is fixed.

Thanks. I have tried that multiple times right away as I have had that problem happen with other sites. I know I am entering the right password but it still says it is wrong.
