Nice image. In a perfect world, I would have arranged the background so that the dark line and green patch behind the tops of the pistil and stamens were not there. I think in flower photos, it's important to have the most interesting element be free of background distractions.

Good points, I did not notice them. There are so many things that can make or break a photo. I learn something everytime a post a photo. Thanks for the comments.

I learn something new every day, too. If that ever stops being the case, I'll probably give up on photography, because learning new stuff is the fun part :)
