Nice shot. Her eyes are captivating. The fence board is causing a bit of a soft shadow on those wonderful eyes, and a very, slight adjustment might help. Based on where the shadow falls, it bifurcates the face into two separate "zones": (1) the part of the face in the shadow; and (2) the part of the face out of the shadow. From a holistic standpoint, it's subconsciously distracting.
Keep in mind, the eye orbits are already going to be a bit darker, due to the natural recess. The additional soft shadow from the fence board doesn't add a dramatic effect, or anything particularly necessary, so a bit of recovery in that area may diminish any visual angst.
The shadow is so subtle, that an adjustment isn't necessary, just an observation.
