Spooky sharp lens. Surprised you got both eyes in focus at 1.2. Did it come out of the camera that sharp or did you sharpen it a little in post? Lubos-PM Goldmember ![]() More info | I tried TOPAZ programs first, then bought the whole package during black friday in November 2020 and I don't regret it at all, I have already paid for the upgrade twice. But from the whole package so far I only use Sharpen AI and DeNoise AI, they are really good. First I let these programs sharpen or reduce noise automatically in the photo, and sometimes I more adjust it manually depending on the result. Exceptionally I will use Gigapixel AI, mainly for photos from my archive. And I only just got around to installing Topaz Photo AI (I meant to install it when I did a computer upgrade, but then forgot about it), so I can't comment on that yet. In your experience. For me it is hit or miss. some images it makes what I feel are great improvements, for other images it completely looks fake. (p.s. I am very new to the program so take my opinion with a grain of salt)

Lubos-PM Goldmember ![]() More info | Yes, it's not a panacea and I don't want to rely on automation alone, sometimes automation doesn't give the best result, then I try to adjust it myself - and sometimes it doesn't make sense either. Just don't overdo it, you have to know where the boundaries of reality are. However, I am happier with the sharpening and noise reduction in TOPAZ than in Nik Collection.
