Upon reflection, I probably could have up'd the brightness a bit.
Brought out the reflector for some fill-in on this one:

I really need to do this as well, just got a new softbox and flash and been putting off trying them out due to lack of people to shoot. Thanks, now when I get home I am gonna give it a whirl as well.
