I feel for you, dude. Regardless of whether insurance will cover it, I know your heart must've sank when you found it missing. You still have some of your speedlites, right? What's happening with the E640, btw?

Exactly. I am filing a police report now (bummer) and reporting it to my insurance. Luckily, I didnt have "all my eggs in one basket" so to speak and still had 2 flashes, and LED light, and a strobe. The reception went on without a hitch.

Sorry to hear about your lights Bryan. Hope they all come back in the same condition, soon.

The possibility is looking dimmer and dimmer. Oh well.

Just an update - After I filed a police report and my insurance claim, I got a call from the bride saying the venue called and the rangers picked up the bag. I got it back, all items in tact so it seems, so it was a good outcome!

Yeah, I am in the process of doing so. I wanted to make sure that someone didn't take a few liberties and "borrow" some of my stuff before I got a chance to look at it.

I love the lighting. Great, natural poses too.

your story about the bag reminds me that I need to keep a closer eye on my gear at weddings! I usually get so caught up in working I neglect to protect my bag of extra gear..
