Because Facebook and Twitter are great marketing tools and place for clients to get turned on to your work. I would not have any clients if it weren't for Facebook, I'm still learning how to use twitter, but I've found a lot of great other photographers via both twitter and facebook.

And I would expect something more creative since you also do design. ![]() She did exactly that, and succeeded. It's your must-never-waiver checklist mindset that is stifling creativity. They are, but surely that info can go on your website. (Or the info on the card, without a huge fb logo there in colours that don't work with the card.) cheers, juice (Canon shooter, Elinchrom lighter, but pretty much agnostic on brands.)

When I want to check out a new photographer, I check out their website, blog and see if they are on facebook... No that's not what I meant, I know the use of social networking. But why put it on a business card? Clutters it up, if anyone puts it on their website their sure to go there before anything. Adventurous Photographer, Writer

Things are changing where that many people will now check FB first, and a dedicated website second. Website: Iowa Landscape Photography
