Congratulations! That's an excellent find (I would be back there everyday for the next three years)! By the way, is the bear an old boar with a bit of eye trouble?

Thanks. I believe he's an older bear, he's pretty big and it definitely looks like there's something wrong with his eye.

northern B.C. They are a black bear with a recessive gene giving them the light colour. they aren't albino, though.

Only one area in BC, mostly within the Great Bear Rainforest.
