My daughter is easily distracted from the game. I thought it made for a cool shot though.

She's got her own game going on there.
You've got a good eye to catch what's really going on instead of being frustrated because your kid is not participating the way society expects.

Thanks for sharing this common, but rarely documented, depiction of kids in sports.

really? I don't think it has anything to do with the way society expects something. She doesn't want to play or participate, there's nothing wrong with that, but lets not turn it into her being a rebel against an overburdening society as a whole.

She wasn't so interested in baseball or softball. Let's leave it at that.

Nice picture by the way. You really do get a sense of her personality from it. Very cool.
