5D Mark II Top LCD Panel Problem

With the 5DII in manual mode the shutter speed display on the top LCD panel does not update when the speed is changed. The LCD works fine in all other modes.

For example if the shutter speed is set on 200 and the main dial is rotated (1) click to increase the speed the LCD still shows 200, but if the power is switched off an on the LCD will show 250.

Just curious to know if anyone else has experienced this.

I'm experiencing the same thing right now. Also, I'm not getting a preview image unless I press the "play" button.

Sometimes the top LCD still shows all of the info even when the camera is completely turned off.

Gear list: 5D mk II, 70-200 f/2.8L I, 24-70 f/2.8L I, 50 f/1.4, 50 f/1.8, Rokinon 85 f/1.4, Sigma 14 f/2.8 580EX II
