Was really looking forward to shooting the eclipse - and in came the clouds - so we went anyway and the clouds came in out so I had to shoot when they allowed me some clear shots - used my 400mm with two #10 Nd filters - depending on how the clouds were I would put one on or take one off and adjust the speed - they came out pretty good - but the clouds came in so much toward the end I did not get all of the end - but a nice sunset appeared over Antelope Island to finish out the evening -
hope you enjoy :D

sequence of events 6:33pm MDT through 7:37 pm MDT

Great set. I didn't shoot the eclipse, because you did it for me. LOL. Very nice sunset over the great SL. KUDOS to you, Marcy.

Have plenty of Canons, enough ammo, enough to blow 'em to "L". Now, I just have to learn to aim.

I like the sequence, Marcy. I looked over a lot of shots from the eclipse and in many cases clouds added to the image, I almost feel cheated that we had a "perfect" sky. Like Al I depended on you and others to take the pictures.;)
