Lens Profile for SX40

Don't know if this can be useful, but when shooting RAW I often need to use lens correction tool in Camera RAW, so I've decided to create a profile for SX40.
For my first (and I hope not last) attempt I've only created a profile for wide angle shot, that is at 4.3mm (24mm equivalent).

nice! great for the sx40 users.

i too also created my own distorttion correction preset in LR for my sx230.


Canon gear: EOS M, Canonet QL17, SX230HS, S95, SD1200IS
Non-Canon gear: D600, D5000, D70, XG-2, U20

And @ws9605: yeah you can, go to P or M then push the MF or "<" button and then choose Manual, then adjust the focus by rotating the pad.(but your question was not related to this thread);)

Thanks! To fix the vignetting in Lightroom 4 go to the develop module and select lens correction. Click on manual and for the distortion slider set it to +100. Then move the scale slider to around 135. This will correct any vignetting in the RAW photos and the DNG images will be about the same size as the JPEG ones.
