Not bad. I think you're too hot on the side of the face. It's causing color shifts. Shoulders square to the camera isn't the best pose either, and I would prefer to see her eyes.

You're going to have to tame all that light you've got. A large scrim would help.

^^^^^^^^^^ What Titus said about the lighting.


Also, as far as composition, having her dead in the middle of the frame isn't the best, especially since she's looking out to the right. You would want to leave some room in the direction she is gazing, so have her on the left third of the frame and looking into some negative space to the right.
Agree with Titus about the pose and eyes as well.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I think the "too hot" on the side of the face was a result of my pp more than the lighting. I was trying to go for a glowing/classical look. Better luck next time :)
