You can get both for 160~170 that's for sure.

You can find them on Ebay, Craiglist,　PoTN.

For me I would save the hassle and just pick one up from craiglist.
You can probably find 18-55 for around 70~80 bucks used, and 50mm for $90 (mostly)

As long as these lenses aren't broken, like focus fine and pieces don't fall apart, you don't need to worry much about them.
