Anyone using the TSE-45 or 90mm

For many years I shot products with a 4x5 view camera and since 2007 I switched to digital and have not had the added perspective control that I sometimes need. There is no way I can even think of getting a large format setup so I'm stuck to my DSLR. I have the TSE-24 but it's too wide for the product stuff and the 45 and 90mm TSE not being L lenses gives me a little pause. Are they sharp enough?

my TS-E 45mm is extremely sharp. I heard similar stories about the 90mm. They are built very well too.

I don't think you'll have anything to worry about with either the 45mm or 90mm versions. Both were optically superior to the original 24mm but the 24MkII and 17mm have probably caught up now.
The 90mm also makes an excellent near macro option with a tube behind it.

One of the reasons I've been putting off getting them for the past few years is I expect that they will release new versions.

I guess it sounds like these are pretty good lenses.

Optically they're fine but I suppose any update would likely include the ability to tilt and shift in the same axis without recourse to dismantling them.....as per the 24MkII and 17mm versions.

I ordered the TSE 90 directly from Canon today and requested it go right to service to have the tilt and shift set to go the same way.
