Hey guyz.
Any ideas about a selfportrait of me with my canon.?
I only have one slr.
My idea is to look like if im shooting.
I guess a mirror will really look crappy if i take a pic through a mirror?
Otherwise using my sony cybershot wsc-230
Can that work?
Any other ideas about this.
Perhaps some editing afterwards?
Any comment or ideas will be apprreciated .
I know this is like the worst idea ever

If you only have one DSLR and want to pose with it, you have only two choices: a mirror or a shot with your cybershot. If you're really desperate for this and want high quality, you could rent a second DSLR for a day and put it on a tripod.

Or find a fellow photographer and ask for a favor.

you wont be taking a picture through the mirror, it will just be a reflected image with everything inverted but the picture will be fine, i'll try and get a photo of my selfportrait taken using the mirror

A mirror shot would be good but it can't be a typical mirror. The best idea I could think of is those security mirrors in stores or parking garage. Or maybe have your friends who have dslrs snap pics of you with your camera.

or tether the DSLR to a laptop facing you - compose away, then shoot
