I brought my 70-300 (non-L) and flashes to the pond today; this lens is pretty good if you know how to play up its strengths and minimize its weaknesses.

Interesting. I like the first shot best and that may simply be because of the pose and composition.

I love the first image. Pose, light and B&W all come together for a great shot. The other two are nice as well.
