Not sure where to post this.

I have the opportunity to photograph a watercolour by my great grandfather. I haven't seen it yet and I only have one chance. I believe it is behind glass. I am intending to use natural light outdoors and maybe my 100mm f2.8. Also have L series zooms but I guess this one might be best?

Any tips would be welcome.
