do you know what they eat?

Thank you Jeremy. According to Wikipedia the Boat-Billed heron feeds on fish, mice, water snakes, eggs, crustaceans, insects and amphibians. Just like most other herons.

Another nice set here Stephen...I think the Boat Billed Heron is one interesting bird.
