Looks a bit underexposed to me, and it's time to clean your sensor.

Also looks underexposed and flat.
...and the cable going through her head isn't exactly flattering either, might want to clone that out :)

Yes what they said. I see that one of your problems is that you used Shutter Priority and chose a shutter speed of 1/60 on what I'm assuming was a very bright day since the camera chose and aperture of F25. I'd say you should've probably been around 1/125 given your focal length.
