Ok everyone, I am trying to keep up with BE. Here is my first eye macro. Comments welcome.

Beautiful eye (Frog eye?) on that beast. Did you take it with natural light?

Thank you. Yes it is a frog. We made a make shift studio about 11:00pm last night (due to rain, of course) that consisted of a card board box and an old actinic light from an old aquarium. Tonight we reconstructed it and tried to take more pics. Plus I got a new lens from BE so I need to test it.

I really like the toad (huge paratoid glands behind eyes) picture. This is a favorite. Well done Becky.

Thank you. As i said, BE helped me a lot. The plan is for BE JR and myself to keep him so busy teaching that we have a chance (a small one, mind you) to catch up with him.;)

Ah pic#2 is wonderful- also explains pic #1- I thought originally it was underexposed- But it's a dark coloured Toad :)

I like your plan but i don't think you need 2 because your shots are wonderful, each click you learn more, and besides that, everyboby learns from one another,2 thumbs up for the execellent pic(s) keep up the good work

Thank you for the kind words. I didnt think I would like this macro of bugs and such simply because I didnt want to get close to them. But after some thought I think i will still try to take macro pics of some bugs.:)
