NEF to DNG

I need to work on a buddy's photo. I'm trying to convert the .nef files from his D800 to .dng using the Adobe Converter, version 6.6, which is the latest one I believe. Is says his camera is supported, but it doesn't read the files. Any ideas?

Hmm, since most of us are shooting Canon, it might be hard to come up with good answers for this!

What I'd suggest is that you check into the Adobe DNG Users forum:
