I'm not sure which camera body to get, I am currently using Canon Rebel XSI but planning to upgrade to a Canon 60D or 7D

only advantage of the 60D is the swivel LCD which is great for low level macro work and when shooting video. 7D has excellent AF for sport/wildlife. IQ is too similar to differentiate.

You can refurbed camera bodies and lenses from Canon USA. On the refurbed bodies, except 5DII, you can also trade in old Canon bodies for an extra couple of hundred off.

Unless you are definitely wanting to shoot still targets with full frame, then you would be upgrading to 60D or 7D. But another item....which lenses? Without knowing what you want to shoot, we are only guessing. So help us help you.

The 60d will do everything you want. Like watt100 said, the 7d is geared more for things you're not shooting so do you really need to pay for extras you don't really need?

Budget as well?

You can get a 60D with a nice piece of glass or 7D with a decent piece of glass depending on your budget.
If no budget then look at the 7D with 10-22mm and 24-105.

Also what lenses do you have now?

If your on a tight budget then 60D and a Tamron/Sigma 17-50f2.8.

If you do candid street stuff the 60d has an advantage.
The flip/swivel screen allows you to shoot without putting the camera to your face.
This allows more natural human behavior.
Also the 60d is a lot cheaper so you can get more glass

60D, just simply based on the question and how it was posed, if you are really going to upgrade. You could also just go to the T2i or T3i, if you like the feel and control of the Rebel.

7d is my favorite camera, but for what you shoot get the 60D.

Here you go. (external link) 90 days, no questions asked refund if you decide you need something else.

Replacing my Canon 7D, Tokina 12-24mm, Canon 17-55mm, Sigma 30mm f/1.4, 85mm f/1.4, and 150-500mm with a Panasonic Lumix FZ1000. I still have the 17-55 and the 30 available for sale.
