One of my lenses needs repair. I have checked Canon's website and gave me three options to ship my lens for repair: http://www.usa.canon.com …ef_lenses/ts_e_90mm_f_2_8 (external link)

Is there any of these you recommend more than the other two (in case you dealt with these repair centers before)?
Is there one you don't recommend based on previous bad experience?

Thanks a lot!

I've heard good things about the NJ center. I do not have any personal experience, though.

The Jamesburg, NJ center gets my recommendation. I've visited there a few times and find their service to be top notch.

The Newport news center also gave good service but their turnaround time was longer.

I've had great service with Irvine but I'm in California and a short distance away. I would have no problem sending any of my equipment to Irvine. With that said, if you get good comments about NJ too why not send it the shorter distance.

I have had very good results from Irvine. I sent in a 350D which did not focus correctly; a 10D which just stopped shooting and a 40D which I broke falling down a slippery slope in Alaska... They returned each camera within a week and they all worked perfectly...

I have had nothing but good things to say about the NJ center. I have sent many Canon lenses there.
