Biggest problem with LR 4.1 is that when you upgrade, you lose the ability to drag and drop your images to your Smugmug site. All of your 3rd party plug-ins are deleted! Major PIA!

I remember something odd about the plug ins. but after a few mins I was up and running again.

I upgraded my PC just before 4.1 was released, but im inclined to think the final release wouldn't have made a huge difference to me.
I still find 4.1 to be a bit slow (only compared to 3.6, still very usable) but didn't notice any difference between RC2 and the final release.
With my old set up and RC2 just moving a slider could take 10-15 secs or more.

I think the final relase only improved sluggishness for those that did notice this sort fo thing, not those that found LR4.1RC2 un usable.

Its not as slow as 4.0, yeah, I agree with you, there is still some sluggishness to the sliders

my issue:

Not sure when this happened, but when I "whiten teeth" nothing really happens. Anyone know how to correct this? I've tried all the sliders, what is the default, saturation is moved all the way to the left right? anything else?

Have you actually brushed over the teeth and nothing happens

I think so.
What are your settings for the brush (opacity)?

Does it actually apply anything?

problem solved, it was the "flow" slider. thx guys
