PSE 10 Problem With Canon Pro 9000 Plug in

I downloaded the Canon Easy-Photo Print Pro that includes a Pro 9000 MkII printer Plug in for PSE 10. I installed it and it said it was installed but when I go to PSE 10, click the file tab, there is no "automate" option found and I did install the optional PSE plug in found under Canon utilities. Does anyone have any ideas?
