Today I went to the Viera Wetlands and Click Ponds to try out my new Canon 7D camera. I will have to take a few days to "dial it in", but I think this new camera is a keeper.......

Great first post with the new camera Ira. Many congratulations and enjoy it thoroughly!

The photo IQ is wonderful. Do you notice a great difference in IQ with this camera?

Are you kidding? The difference between the XTi and 7D is like night and day. I do believe that I will be very happy with this new camera.....

Really like the RSH and the Osprey. I recognize the perch of the Osprey and I think I have a shot of a Caracara on it from my trip down there earlier this year. If I lived close to Viera I'd be in trouble. Congrats on the 7d and I'm looking forward to seeing your future posts.

You'll grow to love every little feature of the 7D, and want to keep it with you all the time. My wife keeps asking, "Do you have to take the camera everywhere we go??"
