I have a Pixio one and have never had any issues. I think I got it from the POTN store, but they don't seem to carry it nowadays.

I also have a Canon wireless one that I got for Rebel XT and use it occasionally with the 7D.

Everyday use: 7D2, 1.4x v3 Canon TC (sometimes the 2x v2 Canon TC), Canon 500mm f4 L IS USM; 6D, 24-105L
