Most of the motocross tracks have at least a couple of locations that can provide some great roostertails and these bikes and quads have taken full advantage.

Overall, a nice set of shots.

Some of the highlights are borderline being blown out, nice work on saving them.

I'd like to see the eyes/faces in #2 and #3 lightened a little more if you could, just to make a real punch with the eyes.

My biggest piece of advice though, is watermark your images. I could save these and sell them in a heartbeat.

Nice series which shows a lot of action. One piece of advice though would be to slow the shutter down. The frozen state of the wheels and tires isn't any different then bikes that were parked.

Thanks a lot. Your point is well taken on the eyes. These are as shot for the racing series and are part of almost 300 images I processed for their online viewing. I don't take a lot of time on each one. However, I did as you suggested on the originals and it certainly works.

I understand your position on the watermarks, but personally I hate seeing them. If someone steals my images, I'd be flattered. I'm now 70 years old and no longer looking for income. I do this as a hobby and on a volunteer basis for the race series organizers.

Thanks for the input. I have tried that but found I have a lot of difficulty keeping the subject sharp when I do. As an aside, the targeted audience for these have expressed a preference for the roostertails and clumps 'frozen' in mid air. Just giving the 'customers' what they want. :)
