if I get the kit from amazon it's 2749 take off the 950 or so the lens is worth, (use to be higher I thought) and it's less than the refurb

Although 24-105mm is good lens, you can sell it around 800-850 dollar.

Canon CLP program.

Hopefully they are still going tomorrow. Will be picking up a 3rd 5dmk2. I'm so sick of using different bodies on the fly and not getting the same interface.

current line up:5dc, 5d2, 7d, 1dmk2

planned line up: 3x 5d2, 1dmk2

i just heard about this 20% on 5d2 on friday...but was too late

Not abuse, the code was never intended to work with the 5d mk ii. A few lucky ones (myself) got them the 10 minutes they were in stock.
