That's a nice head to have. I have the 055prob legs and they work well together.

With rebate the Manfrotto 190CXPRO3 CF is one of the best at $210. At $280-$300 the 055CXPO is a great tripod. The gitzos which I now own are great but they are more.

I just bought the 055XPROB with the 498C2 head. What a major upgrade from my Walmart tripod. Now to get out and test it out.
