Wish I could have gotten closer or had a better lens. But I'm still pretty happy with these results.

Hey! Glad to see another Oregonian in the Bird forums.

Yaquina Head is awesome for photographing seabirds. You should come shoot at Haystack Rock in Cannon Beach, even better (and closer) opportunities at low tide :D

They are Common Murres;)

I would say that they are much more interesting, then a common gull. Pretty cool shots.

What lens did you use?
