Besides photography, I am a DSLR wedding videographer and I am looking for a high quality software to make custom DVD menus with chapters. A program that has templates will be a bonus.
What do you guys use and recommend?

Best way is to learn to make it from scratch using Adobe Encore associated with the other adobe programs like photoshop and after effects. In the long run this will set you apart from the many many other wedding videographers that are springing up now adays. This is also the difficult way but will give you the best results. Templates are usually pretty bad.

DVD Studio Pro is wonderful as well. But you would definitly still need at least photoshop to create custom graphics.
