Hi, can someone show me how to set the exposure mode to Av or Tv in custom shooting mode (C1, C2 or C3)? Thanks

Assuming it's just like the 7D (though I also have the 5D3 and haven't tweaked it yet), you should be able to do the following:

Set your camera to Av or Tv mode via the mode dial. Select your aperture (or shutter speed), iso setting, type of AF mode (point, single, expanded, greater expand, zone, all-point), type of drive (single, burst), and then go into the menu and register your user setting. Select C1 (or whatever is available) and voila, you're done.

Regardless of what settings/mode you change on the camera... every time you flick to C1 (or whatever you saved it), it will default to what you originally saved. So for example, if you saved it using Av mode, then now in C1, it will act like Av except with your initial saved aperture and other settings. No matter how you change your settings in C1 mode, if you don't re-save it, then if you switch out of it and switch back, it'll go back to your original saved settings.
