Holy cow. I wonder how they lost complete control over their business like that?

My guess is that she is on a beach somewhere sipping umbrella drinks.

Too bad for the newlyweds.......

I can see providing substandard work, or even just plain bad work, to that many people, but how on earth did they manage to get money out of that many couples before things caught up with them?

If the price is low enough, a lot of people don't care that much about quality I guess.

Sad truth. Then again I wouldn't want to get people who dont care about quality as potential clients. A client appreciating my work is my first and formost objective, next to me having fun and me sustaining a reasonable lifestyle Hehehe:D

Looks like she turned herself in (external link).

227 couples, $436,788 in restitution, that's roughly $2,000 per couple. That's not exactly small change for New Hampshire. Seems like a reasonable price for a decent photographer.

They must have been amazing salesmen to swindle 227 people before the word got out.

Restitution doesn't just mean a refund of purchase price. It could be $500 a wedding plus $1500 for "pain & suffering" for all we know.

Did you lose Digital Photo Professional (DPP)? Get it here (external link). Cursing at your worse-than-a-map reflector? Check out this vid! (external link)
