That's not exactly small change for New Hampshire. Seems like a reasonable price for a decent photographer. Restitution doesn't just mean a refund of purchase price. It could be $500 a wedding plus $1500 for "pain & suffering" for all we know. Did you lose Digital Photo Professional (DPP)? Get it here
