They generally seem to go for around the £425ish mark on ebay but lots of decent camera gear seems a bit overpriced there. A mint copy boxed I would have paid up to £400 when I was looking for one. That seems a fair price to me. I got a Toki 12-24 instead and more than happy I did.

If your quick you could get a brand new one for around £470 but it may be too late, if you ask you local Canon dealer nicely he may give you the voucher book from Canon if he has any left.

With £70 cash back on that lens you can get it for about the price I said, this is what I have just done Monday of this week, sent of to Canon Tuesday. I did have a voucher book with my 350 when I got it. But the dealer was giving out books to people at the time, not sure if he should have been mind you :)

Buggbairn: I have a spare 17-40mm f4 UK £70 discount voucher for the Canon promotion (see www.canonextrapromotion.com). Send me your addresss in a pm and I'll post it out to you! I actually have 2 books worth - I've only 'cashed in' on the 10-22mm lens as I've run out of real cash.

About $500 US, it does not perform quite as well as the 16-35 on the 5D, seems to be higher number for sale of late.
