Anyone had any experience with them? Are they an authorized US Canon dealer?

I'm in the market for a Brand New Canon 70-200 IS Mark II lens and they're selling a brand new/not refurbished/US market lens for less than most retailers. They have 15,000+ Feedbacks, 100%. Just not sure why they're selling this hot ticket item for a lot less.

Yup .. You can try Adorama too - they are on the will-negotiate list for the 70-200 as well.

My thread about this service languishes here: https://photography-on-the.net …/showthread.php?t=1191050

if a lot of problems happened...it sounds like he's not a great seller...yeah it might've worked out in the end for you...but with a great seller everything should go smoothly

I bought T2i from him. It was advertised as brand new kit but without the lens. Great price and transaction went very smooth. He shipped fast, replied to emails quickly, and it was just as described so I was very happy with the purchase. However, I emailed him a few weeks later asking if he is an authorized re-seller and can provide me with some proof of purchase for warranty purposes (since he advertised full US warranty in the auction) and never heard from him. I am not sure if one can get warranty service without proof of purchase from an authorized dealer, which I don't believe he is. I sold my T2i and got 60D instead so it never was an issue for me, but I wonder what would happen if I would need warranty service done on the camera purchased from that seller.
