Lower Swallow Falls, Maryland. A short hike through Swallow Falls State Park led us to this big monster in the middle of the Youghiogheny River, just after Lower Swallow Falls in Garrett County, MD.

I was at Swallow Falls last Sept and it is a beautiful place. No big swirl visible then, or I failed to see it. Still, there are some very nice scenes there, even on a rainy day.
