Couple great shots Jeff ! I wondered how those Lunt scopes performed ! That color is very unique but i would edit it to the dark yellowish color to see how it looks .

About your white light transit picture - Is there something missing ? A planet maybe ?

I like the Lunt picture. Is that a single exposure getting both the surface and the proms ?
Those 60mm Lunts are so tempting.

Ron, I'm impressed with the Lunt. A big step up from a PST. I'll give the processing a try. This is actually the untouched jpg.

Steve, yea, I'm a dope. I posted the wrong picture. Attached is the right one. The Lunt pic is a single exposure. 50D, ISO800, 1/100sec.
