Fun factoid: I was a student in the first Army maintenance class for Apache back in the Fall of '85. At the time, I was one of six qualified to turn wrenches on '64's. In typical Army fashion, I wasn't assigned to maintenance (I was busy sliding down ropes, doing air assault stuff). Thank you ! Apart from the beautiful light, I like this shot for the same reason : those twin tail rotors.
