Yesterday I shot this area of Yarmouth Port, MA called Bass Hole. Its a river outlet in the middle of a marsh, only accessible by a long boardwalk. There have been storms in the sky for the last week, creating almost nothing but overcast days, but finally the sky started to clear, putting on a magnificent show as the sun set. Feedback is appreciated.

now i have not used ND filters..
i do know they come in stops... is the .9 a 9 stop???

i only guessed to ask that if you used one because in class I was told that ND filters take the shine off of water and brings the clarity in... as i see in your pic.. i like it! now i need nd filters

0.9 is actually 3 stops, its a bit confusing the way manufacturers label them, sometimes you also read things like nd200 or nd400 etc. A polarizer is used to lessen reflections and give clarity to water, which wasn't used in this shot, I'm actually not sure what gave the water so much clarity, perhaps the dark clouds over head.
