What question are you looking for?

I've been talking to them over the last few days and I was just curious about other people's experience with them (assignments, pay, etc.)

Copyright is theirs if they send you on assignment, plus they only give you 30% commission if you get published

Do they pay rates or is it on spec?

I have no idea, the 30% is AFAIK a rumour since I am not assigned with them at the moment. They are likely to pay on photos being published since that is where they earn their money. No idea what you mean by spec. (unless you mean do they pay on being published)

Yeah, spec pretty much means that you only get paid if your stuff sells. It sucks, but over time it'll add up.

Either way, I signed my contract with them today, so we can let this thread die.
