It snowed very heavily in New England today and luckily stopped by 3 or so. I went outside and managed to get some shots while the snow was still fresh.Came back all cold and wet :) Sharing the good ones here. Please comment/critique.

These are making me all christmassy :-) My Fav's are the first two, forgotten belongings, left by somebody, or abandoned, could have quite a dark side realy.....lovely photos though!

Thanks River Cottage! I think the first ones my favourite too. It does have that abandoned feeling to it and i played a little with the color levels in PS to get that out(though the snow color might be just a little off now but i like it this way). Glad that you liked 'em :)

I really like these... #1 the effect is very nice even though as you said, the snow looks a little dark, but it suits the mood of the shot. The spalshes of red in the next two look great too, I particularly like the fire hydrant. I also like the movement of the snow plough in the others, nice work.

Of these two images, I like the first a little better than the abstract below that. The use of the strong red and green colors heighten the interest (tension).

Both have good composition, and all of your shots have nailed the exposure quite correctly.
