Well the Caribbean Sea, I think!

Taken from Playa del carmen, which is about an hours drive south of Cancun - Mexico

We were there on Honeymoon - and having been back in the UK for just over a week where its rained almost non stop since we landed, I wish we were back there I can tell you!

How can I avoid the sun glare in future? Reversed GND filter perhaps?

Here I used CP Filter, and a .6 + .9 GND filters stacked

C&C Very welcome

Beautiful shot, I wouldn't worry about improvement.

I agree with the previous comments. The glare ads to the image.

Equipment list - According to the wife - "how many more lenses do you need? Yet another camera?" ???

The glare is caused by mist from the ocean spray on the outer lens or filter surface (my bet: filter. Same thing happens to me). You just have to be vigilant and wipe down your outer surface regularly and sufficiently well.

Keep up the good work.

John

Cheers John, sounds likely. I was a little close to the crashing waves, a little too close at times.

Thanks for the comments everyone :)
