Diptychs & Triptychs creator software?

I am looking for software to create Diptychs & Triptychs and more. I did a google search and found a freeware that worked with Photoshop but it appeared to have installation issues. Paid plugin to PS5 or LR4 would be great if it actually worked.

I have no problem at all buying software. I figure you get what you pay for.

Again i downloaded an application called Tyche Panel but which seemed to great but it wouldn't properly install.

The Lightroom Print Module is quite flexible; I have used it to create several triptychs. You can also create them easily in Photoshop or Photoshop Elements. Both Scott Kelby's Elements book and his Lightroom book show how to do it.
