Female Cardinal? or Waxwing?

I stopped by city hall this afternoon to pay my property taxes, and found this lovely bird in a tree outside the office. I couldn't see the wings to see if there were any markings, but I'm thinking it's a Bohemian Waxwing... You guys know better than me, though, so I wanted to check... (And is it male or female?)

Cedar Waxwing, with the distinctive mask. The cardinal lacks this among other traits. Looks like a female based on the chin patch which doesnt look very big from the picture. Aside from that the male and female waxwings are almost identical.

That's a pretty Cedar Waxwing; can't say, for sure, on male or female. Nice capture : )

That beauty looks like a female Cedar Waxwing to me. I believe it is female based upon the lack of black on the throat.

Thank you everyone! I haven't seen any Cedar Waxwings around, but caught the Bohemian a couple of months ago, so that was my first guess. I have got to get a better bird book!
