Hats Off to Canon Professional Services

Well it was time to renew my professional membership Friday. So I went on line and did the renewal and paid my fee. Immediately got the go ahead on my personal pages with the new expiration date and an email telling me my new card and membership kit would be coming very soon.
Today I was contacted with the FedEx tracking number for the welcome kit and my new replaced id card...number stays the same, thank goodness and I don;t have to re-enter all of the equipment...it stays on the site.
The new package was FedEx'ed out at 7:44 p.m. from Virgina and will arrive in Missouri to me on Wednesday.
That was so easy this year and stuff shipped fastest thus far in all the years I have been a member.
Way to go Canon.

Unfortunately. I did not have such a pleasant experience. After 3 calls, two e-mails and 45 days, finally received the "Welcome Kit" freebies, after using the ON-line account upgrade and payment option....Asked if they could send a monopad for the inconvenience and the reply was NO!
