I stopped by again at the park and saw the adult owl with the youngling :). First time to see the adult owl.

#1 Cloudy morning but the sun peeked for a few seconds casting some sunlight to the adult owl.

Nice series Jo. The shot of them together is my favorite. The first certainly has the look of an experienced bird.

I like #2 the best because of the detail and color.
#3 is a close second.
perhaps a bit more contrast would really make it pop?
Or some selective lighting change?
its a great photo as it is though.

Great series Jo. In #1 it looks like papa had a tough night but eventually gets tidied up for the family shot.

Thanks Jeremy, I get your comments, the background is busy and adding contrast might help in separating the owls from the bg. Thanks for the suggestion :)
