Got my early Xmas presents today !!

My Sigma 30 f1.4 hasn't arrived yet but the Canon 200 f2.8L has !

What lens !

I had the 100-400L a while ago and this little beauty blows it away. AF is the quickest I've tried so far. And it's acurate first time every time, something I could never say about the 100-400 even in good light. I love the dimensions of it aswell. It's alot smaller than the Sigma 70-200 f2.8 I had previously but still has a decent "heft" to it, it balances perfectly with the 10D+Grip and it's built to the usual "L" standard.

Glad to hear the good news.

My Christmas present to myself is almost complete. So far, I got the Rebel XT w/ the 18-55mm lense kit, and the 85mm f/1.8 lense. The boxes are under the tree, but there's nothing in them. Why wait until the 25th. I'm waiting for the 200mm f/2.8L lense now. I ordered it yesterday afternoon, therefore, I'm expecting it to arrive by next Wednesday.

This will complete my 2005 Christmas gift(s) to myself. And, again, maybe I'll get a couple of Chicago Bulls tickets. I got to try out the camera, right?
