Found this interesting bird while on trip to the Palo Verde National Park, Costa Rica.
Due to huge boat vibrations, this is best of the pics of that bird :(

Well, at least you made the shot and it is not a bad one. It is good.
As you said, it is an interesting bird and that beak, wow! It looks like something I would not want to have chomping down on my finger.

Very nice capture Kris. I photographed a Smooth-billed Ani in the Everglades a couple of years ago. The smoothy didn't stay out in the open much.
